Accommodation rules

  • Every guest who is being accommodated in the hotel must be properly registered at the reception desk, where they will present a valid ID with photo and complete data (name, surname, date of birth, document number and address of permanent residence). If necessary, the hotel may ask for an email address or phone number to be added. The hotel is not obliged to accommodate a guest who does not prove his identity.

 

  • Guests are obliged to comply with the hotel's Accommodation Rules. In case of violation of the accommodation rules, the hotel has the right to withdraw from providing accommodation or another service, even before the end of the agreed period, without the right to a refund.

 

  • Each accommodated guest agrees to pay for the accommodation in advance, in cash or by card upon registration.

 

  • The guest will receive a hotel card with informations about the stay at the reception upon check-in. In case of loss or damage of the card, the hotel may charge the fee of €8.

 

  • The hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest at the earliest from 2:00 p.m.

 

  • The guest shall check out no later than 11:00 a.m. If the guest does not vacate the room by 11:00 a.m., the hotel may charge the guest for the entire stay for the following day.

 

  • The hotel reserves the right in exceptional cases to offer the guest a different accommodation than originally agreed, as long as it is not substantially different from the confirmed order.

 

  • If the guest requests an extension of the stay, he may be provided with a room similar to the one he was originally accommodated in, depending on the occupancy of the hotel and the capacity of the rooms.

 

  • All areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. For violating the smoking ban, the hotel can issue a fine of €50.

 

  • The guest can meet their visitors only in hotel public areas.

 

  • For security reasons, it is not possible to accommodate persons under the age of 18 without the supervision of an adult. Adult supervision is also mandatory for children under 10 years of age.

 

  • The guest is obliged to behave in the hotel room and in other areas of the hotel in such a way that his behavior does not restrict or disturb other guests of the hotel. From 22:00 to 06:00, the guests are obliged to observe the silent hours. Social events can only take place at this time if they are agreed in advance with the hotel and only in reserved places.

  • Hotel employees are authorized to enter the guest's room in necessary cases, such as cleaning, maintenance in case of a malfunction in the room, first aid provision, etc.

 

  • Guests are not allowed to make modifications to the rooms or the hotel premises, such as moving furniture or its parts, carrying out repairs, or any interventions in telephone sets, radio and television receivers, hair dryers, in the electrical network or other installation. If the guest has devalued or damaged the hotel's equipment in any way, they are obliged to report it to the reception immediately and to pay for the damage.

 

  • The guests are not allowed to bring their sports equipment as bicycles, scooters etc. to the room. They can use a storage room dedicated for it.

  • The hotel keeps forgotten items for 1 month and sends them to the guest only upon request.

 

  • Hotel guests are not allowed to bring dogs or other pets into the room.

 

  • Guests are required to enter the hotel areas in socially appropriate clothing and shoes.

 

  • The hotel is not responsible for things brought into the hotel areas or the parking lot. The property is only responsible for valuables and money if they have been taken for safekeeping in the hotel safe at the reception.

  • If the guests used a minibar in the room, they are obliged to pay for consumption no later than at the moment of leaving the hotel.

  • In case of a fire, the guest follows the fire regulations, which are located in each hotel room and also in the corridors.

 

  • Complaints and suggestions for improving the service from guests are accepted by the director or representative.
